First ICF in Bend
This was one of the first homes in Bend to use Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to build the shell of this home. Unique, quiet, and strong ICF construction offers outstanding R-Values with 12-inch-thick walls. After the shell was poured we used Commercial Glazing and synthetic stucco to finish the outside giving this home the color and texture that the Browns desired.
Awards
OCAPA awarded us with their ‘Excellence in Concrete’ award due to the effective and creative usage of ICF. This project also won the ‘Best of Show’ from the Central Oregon Realtors annual Tour of Homes. We are especially proud of both of these awards and were honored to work with Scott and June Brown in its creation.
