This lot offers expansive views of the Cascade Mountain Range and lies within the Brasada Ranch Development on the uphill side of Hat Rock Loop. Fortunately, RCO Designers were able to push the envelope of style and meet the intended function for the McCartney’s while following the Ranch vernacular dictated in the ARC Guidelines.

Wall of Glass
An expansive wall of glass that is facing west provides an amazing vista of views. The living room opens onto a massive deck with glass railings to further improve the view from inside and extends the living environment.

Pedestal Pavers
All exterior decks are made with durable concrete paver stones. The upper deck area predominantly sits on pedestals elevating the decks surface above a TPO water barrier. This design allows surface moisture to easily drain below the pavers, resulting in a clean and easy to maintain top surface.
