Living Room
The kitchen, dining, and living area are all connected into one big room. With expansive walls of glass facing west, the outside views of the Cascade Mountain range are breathtaking. Custom finished beams, hand-hewn flooring, and a lava rock fireplace that anchors the room create for a tasteful appearance. The Rozewski’s are interior designers and added many accents that truly make this one-story home cozy and fun.

ADU
Above the garage, there is an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) that is frequently rented out on Air BnB and VRBO. This cozy single bedroom suite has its own deck. Looking out the windows, one will experience a gorgeous view of the Cascade Mountain range. With a hot tub in one corner and a grill in the other, the deck is a perfect location to enjoy the evenings. A kitchen, bedroom, and deck make up this ADU.

Offices
The residences of this house wanted to have two offices, one for each of them. The offices are directly next to each other and are located near the entryway. One of the offices can easily be converted into a bedroom to accommodate guests. The Rozeski’s wanted the convenience of at-home offices to enhance their work lives.
