Auxiliary Dwelling Barn Renovation
This elegant remodel needed to be stripped inside and out while keeping the core structure of the building intact. Located in the Deschutes River Ranch Development, this horse barn was remodeled to have an ADU upstairs.

Three Decks
Three separate decks offer views around the property and off into the distance. The first deck is directly above the garage and overlooks the Cascade Mountain range. The second deck extends out of the living room on the 2nd floor. And as for the third deck, it extends out from the observation tower on the third floor.
Renovated Barn
Originally a barn used to house horses, we were able to keep this ADU’s style during the remodel. Unfortunately, the original owner passed away during the construction of the remodel. The new owners purchased the estate and continued with the classic rustic and elegant style. A three-story staircase takes the shape of a water tower and anchors the barn style feel.
