Builder Grade to Custom Home Feel- Design Contract Only

Beautiful new build going from builder to custom! When the clients built they didn’t know their style. Once we completed their basement they wanted their main floor to reflect the newly finished space downstairs. So, we installed new floors, installed a shiplap wall, replaced all lighting, put in a new backsplash and cabinet hardware in the kitchen, and finished off with all new furniture, rugs, and staging!!

The dining room is right off the kitchen and to keep with the theme of the kitchen we have a darker wood dining table and bench, and lighter chairs to help tie in the countertops and backsplash. Then to bring the blue back into the room the wall art helps with the color and also a design element.

As you can see the kitchen didn't change much! We took down the brick backsplash and changed it out for a white subway tile in a herringbone pattern, changed the flooring, and new bar stools and hardware for the cabinets.
