A blank canvas of new construction made the options for finishing this basement endless and so fun to create a space tailored specifically to my clients! Shiplap walls, french doors, floating shelves, gold accents, barn door, navy island...features for days.

Having a walkout basement is always a wonderful thing to have in a home. Here we went for a more farmhouse french door style door, shiplap, and other farmhouse touches to make sure this part of the space had the same feel as the rest of the basement.

The other half of the basement is for the kids and the play area was important to have for these clients to give the kids an area to call their own.

On the other side of the basement we have a guest bedroom that has a spa like feel that way all guests staying feel right at home.
