We were brought in to discuss a major remodel, but after contractor input we had to have a very difficult conversation with the clients that we should update the main floor bath, kitchen, paint, carpet, and lights, and move on. The house no longer fit their needs and the return on investment in the level of remodel they needed wasn't there. So, Landmark and PID did a cost effective updates to help get them to the next phase in their journey as a family.
