Maple Grove Basement Remodel- Design Contract Only

Referred through the gymnastics world, these clients purchased their dream home on Bass Lake. Sure, it needed a lot of work, but the shoreline and square footage were perfect for their family.

Phase one was determined to be the basement and stairwell to the basement.

This was a true gut and remodel.

We added a wet bar, ideal for lake days, replaced the fireplace, made an en suite bathroom for a little girl anyone would be jealous of, and defined new spaces such as a guest bedroom, workout room, and game area.
