Maple Grove 20 Year Dream

Twenty years is a long time to hate something. So when we met with our clients for the first time and they told us they have wanted to do this since they moved in we made it our mission to make sure it was their dream space! We removed not one, but two walls, relocated the laundry, made a built-in locker unit, a bar, a new dining space. and a giant island. Supported by Landmark Remodeling, we exceeded their expectations and a space that should bring pride for the next twenty years.

Opening up the space between the old kitchen and now the new dining room. This allowed for us have a designated dining space and then creating a new entertaining space for both the kitchen and living room!

We went with a simple white 3x12 subway tile that had some dimension to it and to compliment that we did floating shelves and engineered quartz.

A simple white kitchen is sometimes the way to go but to help breakup the white we added in floating shelves to match the new LVP flooring allowing warmth throughout the room.

These clients were big entertainers so doing a coffee bar wasn't really their go to want... But a bar was! We wanted to display their whiskey collect so floating shelves were the way to go and having the fun white 3x12 helped create a great backdrop for displaying everything!
