This Surfer Beach house in Cardiff has many custom made features to please all. There is an outdoor kitchen area including a gas grill, built in IPE bar, and buffet. Extra seating is available with the built in IPE bench with a back and side table. There is a natural gas fire bowl located on the IPE deck. The fence is lined with panels of corrugated galvanized metal for a contemporary twist. On the other side of the house, there is a custom surf shack for storage. They are constructed of corrugated galvanized metal panels attached to the house to screen the shack. At the west entry, there is a one of kind mailbox address wall. It is a CMU column with pacific stone pilaster cap. The mailbox is mounted on the column and address numbers are attached. The retaining walls are split face block with pacific stone caps.
