It is a combination of exposed aggregate pavers with loose black beach pebble and lightly colored sand finished concrete with scorelines. There are horizontal IPE fences used for screening. Low water-use plants cover the property. The IPE deck is constructed to match the pool coping. The view can be enjoyed at night because of the custom low voltage lighting.
