A transformation occurred at this house in Encinitas. There were some screening issue throughout the property that need attention. Eight inch stucco walls were built and faced with horizontal IPE. In addition to the new walls, IPE fences were constructed up to six feet tall with a swinging gate. For the seating areas, an IPE bench is located on a pathway.
