For more of a relaxing evening, there is a gas fire element on a raised terrace of pea gravel retained with redwood edging. The property has pathways constructed of flagstone laid on concrete, redwood steps with decomposed granite fill, and sand finished concrete pavers. A new horizontal cedar fence with gate was installed for privacy.
