In addition to updating the finishes in this classic home with painted inset cabinetry and quartz countertops, we also redesigned the layout to expand the view to the cozy hearth room and create a larger island. The main cooking wall was taken down to connect the living room, replaced by a peninsula to support the Aga induction range and downdraft.
