The goals for this bathroom remodel were to modernize the space and eliminate some of the awkward original architectural elements. We eliminated plant ledges, and designed a glass steam shower enclosure that allows the daylight to stream in. We reworked the recessed niches throughout the room, and designed custom cabinetry to store toiletries behind the walls. Every storage need was discussed, and custom accessories were created to make the most efficient use of the space. The tub deck and steps were eliminated in favor of a freestanding soaking tub, and a curbless shower was constructed, creating a safe & level floor.
