ArcWest is currently working with a client in Cherry Hills Village to provide architectural design & engineering for an All Seasons Room addition. The future addition on the northwest side of the house is located adjacent to the primary living and family rooms.

The All Seasons Room is being designed with a NanaWall door and window system which allows the space to become completely open to the outdoors on those beautiful Colorado days. The All Seasons Room will integrate an outdoor gas grill and counter with sink for grilling meals for family and friends.

A roof top deck (pictured above) over the All Seasons Room is accessible from the 2nd floor bedrooms. This west facing deck is connected to an (existing) east facing deck via an outdoor “bridge” north of the house . A feature of the deck will be the custom steel railing, original design by ArcWest.

Complete interior renovation is also within the scope of work. Look for photos of the completed project later this year.
