ArcWest Architects provided architectural and design services for the residential expansion and renovation. The family has lived in this modest Louisville home since the early 2000’s. The property backs up to the Louisville/Boulder County open space and trail system.

The home fits tightly on the site with little room for expansion. The owners desperately wanted to add a private bathroom off of the first level guest room and felt that the time was right.

Working with Fuller House Construction, ArcWest architects was hired to design a small addition that would provide the additional space they needed yet adhere to the diagonal side yard setback.

ArcWest developed a notched single story addition that would fit neatly under the eaves of the existing house.
