Chestnut Hill Deck and Patio
This project was far more complicated than any deck we have done to date.
The scope included, removing the existing deck, building a new deck with drainage incorporated into the frame to keep the patio dry, a new patio under the deck, reworking the structure of the existing house to remove a support post, cutting the foundation to accommodate the new ceiling height and basement door, veneering the existing foundation wall with natural stone, and finishing the deck with Trex decking, stainless steel cable rails, fiberglass columns with natural stone bases, and a Douglas Fir tongue and groove ceiling to top it all off.
