This Design/Build was a lot of fun from beginning to end. LSW was commissioned to design and build, what ended up becoming, a speakeasy/wine bar themed basement.

The scope included demolishing most of the already finished basement, moving ductwork to accommodate a flat ceiling, adding a powder room, adding a custom bar (complete with kegerator, full sized refrigerator, sink and dishwasher), removing a wall that once separated the two sides of the basement, installing wainscoting, building the faux columns that hid the existing lally columns, building an oak staircase, designing and installing several sets of built-ins, and any/every thing else that you see in these photos.

One of my favorite projects to date...I wish it were mine!
