This Design/Build project is located in Medway MA. The generally scope of the project was to completely gut the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and most of the dining room, and bring this 100+ year old home back to life. Other things to note: The entire ceiling, and most of the walls in this space were reframed, window and door locations were changed/added, the entire house was re-plumbed, and the electrical service was upgraded. We used closed cell spray foam insulation throughout the project, the floors were salvaged, which was a tremendous score, and the millwork was custom, to match the 100+ year old casings throughout the rest of the existing home.

There are definitely some modern details, such as the stainless appliances and hood vent, but I think, for the most part, the old and the new were blended seamlessly in this renovation. Nothing we did looks terribly out of place in such an old home. I am quite proud of it, and I know the Owners are as well.
