The goal for the resident of this ocean front condo was to find an interior designer that could bring in some of the nautical theme to the house. PionArch's services included selecting the furniture, finishes and color scheme. Also, we selected decorative pieces for the living and dining areas and staircase by creating a mood board and providing drawings for any custom pieces. We were able to present the ideas in 3D using our software programs. The realistic rendered perspectives showed the locations of the furniture and how the materials were to be used.

The result was a cozy, rustic coastal themed space, featuring reclaimed custom wood stairs, closet, and custom lift-up bar, as well as ocean themed color palettes and décor.
