Complete first floor renovation
Customer wanted to renovate their first floor and staircase
Tiles & carpet were removed & disposed. Existing prefinished hardwood floors remained.
2 1/4” unfinished red oak was installed. Refinished for Duraseal “Coffee Brown” and Loba “satin” finish
Railing and steps were refinished as well. New white spindles and shoe molding were installed
Staircase riser and side + baseboard and shoe molding were painted at the end
New custom toe kick was installed in the kitchen.
* cabinets are being painted by someone else, who’ve been chosen by customer. And countertop being changed too*
