The project was costed for natural finish. But once we removed the carpet, we find stains that had penetrated the wood. Therefore we had to discuss with the customer and change the project to stain ( cost increased)

We stained the floors, stairs and railing for “Provincial” by Duraseal

1 coat of sealer

2 coats of water/baded polyurethane by Loba
