Master Bathroom Remodel
Good Afternoon Everyone
In Blairstown NJ we were able to complete this bathroom renovation just in time for New Years, and for the family to enjoy come the new year.
We selectively demoed the bathroom, installed new sheetrock, wonderboard , 5- 6” halo recessed lighting installed. The switches were modified slightly for to control certain lights and new fan. The new fan is Homewerks fan either bluetooth capabilities- it can do night light, regular light, dimmable lights, and bluetooth to play your music when relaxing in the bathtub after long day of work. As well as replaced with new decor white switches. Customer curb and niche were created for the area. We altered the plumbing to switch from single sink vanity to double sink vanity. The shower and bathtub area were waterproofed and prepped accordingly for new tiles and grout.
Replaced their existing window for new United 6000 series replacement window with new window trim. Installed new 72” long bathtub with custom bench/shelf behind it. Installed new Satori porcelain polished square tiles on shower walls & walls around bathtub. Installed Merola Penny Mosaic Ceramic yiles on shower floor. Grout all tiled walls with Mapei Sanded Warm Gray grout and shower floor with Mapei Sanded “black” grout.
After grouted we primed and painted all walls with @benjaminmoore Aura “Silver Spring”, white semi-gloss on bathroom door and door trim.
Installed new Kohler toilet, new double sink vanity, 3 1/4” baseboard. All faucets were Kohler in matte black finish. Installed new Dreamline Infinity-Z shower door in matching matte black finish. Everything got sealed and ready to be used.
Finished off with new Origin 21 Mirrors and Quoizel lights above new vanity.
