This bathroom project was completed last week and in keep in mind The Customer Shower glass & door is to be installed sometime in September, the curtain rod is only temporarily

So we demoed most of this bathroom, adjusted the plumbing to convert from jacuzzi tub to free standing bathtub & facuet. Also moved pipe inside the wall between tub and shower into the exterior wall, so we could make the newly and rebuilt partition wall.

Shower was redone and waterproofed properly. Raise the shower faucet so both homeowners could enjoy it properly. Built new niche for storage, and new shower curb. Main floor, and shower was prepped for tiling. On the walls around bathroom and most of the shower was tiled with Boutique Grey Subway Walls. On the shower faucet wall we did an accent wall with square design tiles to match with the backside of the niche, and main floor. Shower floor was tiled with Satori Hudson Shadow Matte Unglazed Hexagon Tiles. All tiles were grouted & cleaned. Fan, vent plate cover and heating van covers were all replaced for new. Threshold pieces installed in niche, shower curb, partition wall & doorway to bathroom. Installed new free standing bathtub and faucet. New custom Holiday Kitchen vanity with space for the wife to sit at and enjoy. New custom countertop and sink along with Kohler faucets. The walls were painted with Benjamin Moore Aura “coastline” , ceiling with Superwhite and all trim with white semi-gloss
