One of our projects recently was a complete deck replacement right here in Cloverhill Development. The existing deck was rotting, footings weren’t properly supported, and just had to be redone.

The clients chose Trex “Pebble Grey” Deck boards for the floor and staircase.

Installed new footings and additional ones with additional framing because where the sliding door was , it was not supported properly underneath. Now this deck will be alot stronger and more importantly safer for the entire friends and family to use. On the floor we did picture frame design and for staircase , it was decided to have deck boards on treads and risers. Then installed new white Trex railing everywhere.

Lastly, we installed @azekexteriors exterior trim on outside of deck and sides of staircase, covered underneath with white lattice fencing and gate door for access underneath whenever needed.
