Main Bathroom Remodel

Happy Friday, freshly finished today, a bathroom for a REPEAT customer.
We will be back after the holidays to complete a second bathroom in this house. After doing their floors we returned to redo their main bathroom.
This bathroom ended up being extra work , as homeowners reddid this years ago without demolition. There ended up being double layer sheetrock, concrete on 3 of the walls, suffit above shower and vanity removed.
New sheetrock, water proofing, and insulation (partly). Floors were self leveled before new tiles were installed. 12 x 12 tiles squares were used. Custom Double shelf niche with tile from bathtub to ceiling with Satori White “Glossy” subway wall tiles.
Maui Bootz porcelain enameled comfort bathtub and Phister faucets and shower head.
Ceiling painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select white. Walls were painted with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Benjamin Moore “kitchen & bath” Satin White.
Toilet from Kohler & vanity is 30” Allen & Roth “St.John White Marble” top.
Baseboards were 3 1/4” with 2 1/4” trim around window & door. All trim painted with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Regal Select White.
