This newly renovated bathroom is part of an older multi-unit condominium. The originally cramped and awkward layout is now a functional, open space. To achieve these ends, we had to reconfigure and relocate most of the plumbing, which allowed us to construct a layout that better suited the size of the space. For additional space, we installed a new medicine cabinet and vanity, which features ample storage space, and is featured in a complementing espresso brown.

The home’s stained woods elements were accentuated in this bathroom by refinishing the door and the trim around the door and window. Light natural stone finishes and a light blue accent wall adds a sophisticated contrast to the rich woods, bringing together a cohesive design with plenty of character.

We installed a freestanding pedestal tub which adds a classic elegance to this brand new bathroom, complemented by a gorgeous, feminine shower curtain.
