Small Basement Remodeling

A great way to expand the space of your home without an expensive addition is to transform an unfinished basement into a finished living space.

This home went through such a process, and the results are clear. The pipes and floorboards were covered up with a drop ceiling complete with recessed lighting. Drywall was installed to bring the touches of home into this previously rough space, framing the space and making it livable. Closets were built to help satisfy the homeowners need for storage space. The stairway was given touches of comfort and style including carpeting, handrails, and the same fresh white and yellow paint colors that keep this underground space feeling cheerful.
The project was completed by the homeowners, when they added a sofa, reading chair, coffee table, and buffet piece, along with some art on the walls.

Basement remodeling is a straightforward process that provides a great value in terms of expanding the living space of one's home. Finishing basements are one of our more common services.
