Condo Interior Gallery Renovation -
This gallery home is on the 12th floor of a tower on Ladybird Lake in downtown Austin. We completely gutted the existing interior except for the kitchen cabinets, which we retained and added to.
The home houses an extensive collection of art and paintings and sculptures. Lighting placement and specification was especially critical.
The project won a 2009 Austin NARI Coty-Residential award for Interior $100,000 and over, a 2010 Watermark Award for Powder Room in a Remodeled Home and a 2010 Qualified Remodeler Master Design Silver Award for Bathrooms
