The view from the entryway has lots of space and a full view of the TV from many feet away. The floor is Brazilian cherry with a clear finish and the floor medallion is a compass pointing appropriately north. The theme is that one is on a large boat, guided by the compass, since the home has wonderful views of the ocean. We also installed the wood beams shown in the family room remodel.

The music room with piano is another featured area of the house. We did hand paintings in this room and the kitchen. This home has two kitchens legally, since it was once two condominiums and after the remodel, was converted into one custom home. We designed it in such a way that it could easily be converted back to two condominiums with minimal remodeling.

The dining room has newly remodeled cherry wood floors leading into the living room, and we hand-painted the rectangular dome in the ceiling with a floral design.

The living room ceiling beams we installed are distressed wood with a medium honey stain. The main feature of this home remodel is the special Brazilian hardwood flooring, with medallions and borders that create a wonderful homelike feeling that is quite exotic, as if you are in another country.
