This kitchen features honey-stained fir cabinets, a built-in breakfast nook, and windows that face the ocean view. The back splash is cobalt blue glass mosaic tiles and the counters are grey granite.

The living room is a two-story space with a multifaceted ceiling design. The room is round with a custom stone floor. The windows are natural mahogany wood that is custom made with a clear finish. The wall and ceiling finish are Venetian plaster with several colors mixed in.

The foyer has a circular skylight in the ceiling above the stairwell. The family office/den is beyond. The foyer columns are sectional precast colored concrete. The railings are steel and faux painted to blend with the natural cherry flooring.

The master bedroom has great outlook views to the hillside and ocean. This room is uniquely rounded. The ceiling has planted-on beams with the underneath structure composed of steel frame.

The master bath has wonderful views of the ocean. The two mahogany doors lead to his and her closets, and the floor is natural cherry. There is a built-up tub to appreciate the views, and the counters and tub decking are granite. The shower stall is large with multiple shower heads and contemporary graphic tiles. There are double lavatories and this bathroom also has a bidet.
