The side yard of a typical house can be small and non private. A difficult area to make the most of. Our clients on this project need to utilize the side space as it was the only door from the inside accessible to the outside.
The final design consisted of a walk-out Trex deck. 2/3 of the deck is covered by a custom built Cedar gazebo complete with cedar privacy screen, railing and Trex planter boxes. L/V LED lighting provides the perfect amount of ambient light and shines safety for the stairs at night.
