With a new baby only a few months away, this young family came to a fork in the road; sell our first family home and move...or stay and renovate the only home our daughter knew and loved.
With a tight dead line, clear vision and well organized plan, we got to work quickly and efficiently. The project consisted of; removing a large wall that completely separated the kitchen from the living and family rooms creating an open-concept main floor, removed all the 'popcorn' ceilings, installed new modern tiles, replaced all the baseboard and casings, remodeled the kitchen by removing the peninsula and add a focal-point island with custom quartz counter top....all on deadline! The new baby arrived the day after we wrapped up the project!
Now the growing family and stay rooted in there beloved home for many years to come.
