These customers were located in a private community in Cranberry Township with a desire to utilize their backyard to enhance outdoor entertaining possibilities. Providing a back yard that sloped away from the house gave our designers great advantages to separate the different areas of the outdoor space by elevation changes.
A new paver walkway off the driveway leads to the backyard and flares out into a large patio surface under a custom built roof. This provided a great location for an eight person custom built- in dining table with gas burner in the center that can be enjoyed while dining or cover applied for additional serving space. Off to the left of the dining table is a grand outdoor kitchen that includes natural gas grill, trash bin, storage drawers, refrigerator, back splash and granite countertop. Off to the opposite side of the patio, you take three steps up to a raised patio that accommodates a relaxing hot tub area with knee walls and landscaping for privacy. Off the back side of the main patio, you take three steps down to a cozy patio space for lounging around the gas fire pit area for after dinner cocktails.
