Residing over a scenic residential community in Wexford, the home owners were looking for a way transform their newly constructed homes backyard into a relaxing outdoor living space. Steps take you from an existing patio, down to the large pool area below. Surrounded by a patio area made to blend with the existing patio, an in ground pool becomes the main focal point. To one side of the pool stands a pool house including an integrated pavilion area with a wood burning fireplace, an outdoor living room area, and a bar height eating section. Towards the end of the pool, a curved wall creates another dining area, while also separating the outdoor living area from the rest of the vast property.
