Located in a quaint neighborhood in Upper St. Clair, a homeowner approached us with the vision of updating and expanding his existing outdoor living space. Our design team came up with an elaborate design that would remove the existing pavement, push the hillside further back to increase patio space and give the overall outdoor space great flow. The design consisted of a large custom patio roof that would cover a widespread paver patio surface, outdoor wood burning fireplace ,and knee walls.
The patio space stretched beyond the patio roof for additional entertainment space and options for other outdoor components in the future, such as an outdoor kitchen. The hillside provided a great back drop for an elegant pondless waterfall and landscape bank that provided fantastic sights and sounds of the waterfall from various areas of the patio and home. The landscape provided a beautiful natural appearance that complimented the hardscape.
