The Danvers Housing Authority purchased this circa 1850 Greek Revival home to be converted into two units of affordable housing. Formerly used as a rooming house, the building needed a complete top to bottom restoration. Our firm documented existing conditions which led to the restoration of the building shown here. It is presently occupied as two units of housing.
