Medford Condo Conversion (TPC)

A complete top to bottom renovation of a circa 1910 two family colonial which was renovated into two condominiums. The house had its roof removed and a new gable roof installed. The basement was excavated to be leveled. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main living spaces include a kitchen, dining and living room on an open concept plan.
