The developer of this property requested a traditionally designed three-decker to fit in with the existing streetscape. A single-story residential house was demolished to make way for this three-unit building. Each floor contains a two-bedroom unit with a plan based on others in the area. The final project was completed by another architect based on schematic designs prepared by this firm. All material choices are by the developer with design closely matching the original plans prepared.
