The owners of this c. 1930 center entrance Colonial wanted to tear down their existing rear sun room porch which was falling apart and needed a new roof. Our firm designed them a new space which included a playroom for their daughter, rear hall with closet storage, a new mudroom with space for the washer and dryer, and a 3/4 bathroom which would be used by guests. The project took just over three months to complete.
