Dickens Living - Traditional
Averra Developments proudly helped owners of a beautiful corner lot in the coveted Dickens Cedar Cottage neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC add square footage to their traditional 1904 house by helping them renovate their main floor and do a third floor addition to accommodate their growing family.
It wasn’t always easy, but with adequate planning, this renovation allowed our clients to live in their basement suite as the home was transformed. Great not to up-root the their lives and a nice cost savings since housing in Vancouver is at such a premium.
Interior design was primarily lead by the homeowner and some features include:
— Cement tiles in bathrooms
— Kohler Karbon kitchen faucet
— Stunning aqua-marine front door
— Sub-zero fridge
— Custom framed Broan fan insert over stove
— Custom steel fireplace surround
— Oak hardwood floors
— Miele dishwasher
— Jenn-Air range
