This was a simple developer finished condo which we transformed into a functional and hip urban home. Key updates we re-modeled were the living space, kitchen and master ensuite.

Special attention to the master bathroom called for a unique custom made teak countertop, dolomite marble tiled shower, custom teak shower matt, motion sensor under cabinet lighting, wall faucet, 10mm laminated glass barthoom door using Bartels "Terra" track and wheels.

Other aspects of this project included:
