I was called in halfway through construction on this Optometry office construction. The Optometrist was not happy with the gray and white colors and wanted a subtle, desert color palette for the interior and exterior. I consulted by selecting all exterior stucco colors, locations, lighting, railing & powdercoating color, exterior tile, and roof tile, etc.
Then, we moved indoors where I helped by space planning, completing the lighting layout, paint selection, carpet and tile selection and curved tile layout to prevent traffic patterns, all plumbing fixtures, door and handle finishes, laminate counter selection and edge detail, and furniture and display cabinets, including fabrics, finishes and placement.
All this came together beautifully! My client and my Optometrist, along with his family and employees, all love the colors, layout, mood, and desert feel to this newly constructed Apple Valley office building.
