This was a small home office facelift that was a surprise present for her husband. The clients had most of the furniture, but needed a focal point: our beautiful Southwestern patterned area rug. From there, we selected the fabric to reupholster the two accent chairs and to make the decorative Western style window valance. The cool desk light helped to create a fun room, complete with a HUGE antique Mexican "social cabinet" aka bar and antique bullfighting poster. Book storage is now taken care of with our small display cabinet, as well. Having two entrances really limited the space planning, but we worked with what we had. Both clients loved their new room!
