As part of a more extensive prep-to-sell project, this kitchen was in major need of TLC and cost effective updating.

The vintage 1980s pink countertops were replaced with inexpensive, home store dimensional laminate countertops. The design and color scheme modernized the space and gave the previously cold and lifeless kitchen warmth.

In addition, the badly worn cabinetry was refinished in its original natural oak color. New 'antique' hardware was installed. A matching-finish new faucet was installed in the re-used porcelain sink completing the simple and budget-friendly makeover from 80s blah to modern farmhouse.
