Edgecliff Point Bathroom

The scope of this project was the straightforward remodeling of an existing master bathroom. Due to the fact that the bathroom was located within an existing condominium, no walls could be reconfigured and no drains could be relocated. As a result of these parameters, a simple and effective strategy was adopted that included the construction of a new non-bearing frame wall in front of the existing wall at the vanity. This allowed for much-needed flexibility in plumbing supply and waste locations, provided structural stability for the new cantilevered vanity, and afforded suitable depth for the installation of a new, flush custom medicine cabinet.
