This family was in need of bringing their old kitchen up to date while creating a more functional space. The new kitchen features a clean look with white cabinets and more light. New energy efficient windows were added to the space to help bring in more natural light. Chrome finishes are used in the light fixtures and cabinet pulls to create this modern look. In order to make this kitchen more functional, the range that originally took up space in the island was moved against the wall. This gave the family more counter space and a place to sit one one side.
