Madison Modern Home staged this amazing home that was completely renovated by Wright Way Builders of Signal Hill, CA, with interior design, finishes and materials by Leslie Paugh Interior Design. Once the home was remodeled, we came in with furniture, art, rugs, lighting, decor and all the extras that finish out a space. Rich red, orange and yellow tones found their way into the living room (inspired by the West Elm Layla rug), and neutrals ruled elsewhere, as we wanted to keep the focus on the home's unique features. Black-framed windows let light stream in, and darkly-dramatic charcoal paint deepens the mood in the bathrooms. An open kitchen with simple globe pendant looks out onto a lush green back yard.
