We staged this three-story small-lot development model unit in the hip Northeast Los Angeles area of Echo Park. Inspired by Mexican modern style, we brought in earthy Equipale chairs (made in Mexico), rustic ethnic textiles from Ecuador and Africa, and added sleek modern furniture shapes to complement them. A pair of vintage leather Westnofa chairs invite a comfy sit, while CB2's gray sofa, Aqua Virgo dining table and white lacquered cube table evoke a funky '70s vibe.
